britains-best-boss-amazing-office-and-a-free-holiday-every-yearChris Morling has been dubbed ‘Britain’s best boss’ after creating a playground office for staff and treating them to all-expenses luxury holidays and free beer .

Perks handed out to employees at price comparison website money.co.uk also include bonuses of up to 45 per cent of annual salary, use of an on-site cinema and free breakfasts.

And the fringe benefits all take place in a Grade II-listed castle that has undergone a £3million renovation after a consultation with the workers in collaboration with Changing Rooms star Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen .

Mr Morling said he was on a mission to create ‘the best place to work’, saying looking after his ‘team is paramount’ because they ‘are my most valuable asset’.

The gratis overseas jollies see staff sent once a year to amazing destinations, including Florida, New York and Copenhagen.

They also enjoy flexible working hours, free use of the gym and yoga studio, weekly football and basketball games, monthly lunchtime and weekend socials, table football and arcade games, three days off a year to volunteer for good causes and an extra £5,000 a year to donate to a charity of their choice.

Mr Morling’s pampered minions hold meetings in the ‘chalet’, ‘library’ or ‘ice cave’ and have Rolling Stones -themed loos at the 10,000sq ft HQ in Cirencester, Gloucestershire.

In seven years, the firm has soared in size from a workforce of seven to a staff of 50, reports the Daily Mail.

Each employee was quizzed on what was missing from their office at the start of the groundbreaking 14-month project.

He said he recruited interior design dandy Llewelyn-Bowen because the TV presenter could ‘think outside the box’ and avoid the drab, industrial look of most modern offices.

Llewelyn-Bowen described the fairy tale castle base as ‘a very, very nurturing Narnia’, adding: ‘And Chris is Mr Tumnus.’

It also includes a PS4 games console, flat screen TVs, a Sonos sound system and even giant hamster murals on the walls.

Mr Morling said: “When employees truly believe they are valued and their opinions count, they feel empowered and productivity becomes limitless.”
